October to March is the ideal time with pleasant weather (15–25°C). Summers (April–June) are extremely hot (45°C+). The Pushkar Camel Fair in November and Jaisalmer Desert Festival in January–February are special experiences.
The camel safari at Sam Sand Dunes near Jaisalmer is a highlight. You'll ride through golden dunes at sunset, followed by a Rajasthani folk dinner at a desert camp under the stars. It's a 1–2 hour ride.
Accommodation, AC transportation, meals as per itinerary, tour guide, and listed sightseeing are included. Elephant ride at Amber Fort and hot air balloon rides are optional and at extra cost.

Rajasthan is generally safe and very welcoming to tourists. We recommend dressing modestly, especially in smaller towns and temples. Our group tours always have a male escort guide and we partner with reputable, vetted hotels.
Rajasthan is famous for Bandhani and block-print textiles, blue pottery, silver jewellery, leather jootis (shoes), Rajasthani paintings, and camel leather goods. Johari Bazar in Jaipur and Sadar Market in Jodhpur are the best shopping spots.
